"The staff at Palm Beach provide exceptional service with kindness and welcoming culture. The rooms are very clean, and they even prepared flowers and swan towels to welcome us. The view is great from the room, and there is plenty of space in the hotel to chill and relax. If you want to explore the island, there is also excursion available. It is on the more expensive side, but we even brought a chef to cook on the excursion for us with abundant delicious food, so we are very satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"This was my first visit to the island resort. They were very welcoming from the start. Even though I didn’t speak the local language, they were very pleasant and polite. The accommodations were very nice and private. The food menu had many choices and appealed particularly to the French and Italian people. They only suggestion I would give is to have another menu to rotate into the mix. The beach was beautiful and very accessible to the hotel guests. The walk to the beach is super close. There was always a tuk-tuk driver available to take us to town and they were always friendly and accommodating. I do recommend this hotel but be prepared for the many short “normal” power outages that occur daily. "
