"Chose the Delux room. Lovely and spacious, comfortable bed. Large sized balcony overlooking Mediterranean avenue. Food ok, never used pool/gym etc. Loved the location, halfway between old/new town.. Only issue is POOR SLEEP QUALITY...Aircon was set min 24'...so couldn't use..It was REALLY HOT, couldnt open doors as it was too noisy with traffic from the road outside. Didnt get much sleep at all."

"We love the primavera park. Spotlessly clean, great rooms, lovely breakfast and great location. We be only slight downside was the noise of the Christmas market/live music till around 1am when we stayed in December. Not the fault of the hotel but it was so so loud "

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our check-in was extremely efficient. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was also spotlessly clean. My wife was impressed with the Rituals range of personal care products in the bathroom. Overall an excellent place to stay."
