They squeezed us in when all flights to Wellington were cancelled due to inclimate weather. Ultra accommodating. Delightful hosts, super clean room, very welcoming. Our stay could not have been better. Absolute highest recommendation.

Our stay at this venue was fantastic! The cabins themselves were extremely charming - new construction with a great kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable beds. On the estate, there are sheep to watch and a common area for activities. Dave and Helen were such welcoming and helpful hosts! Their personal touches such as the freshly baked lemon loaf and recommendations to eat in town made the stay even enjoyable.

Room size, amenities and staff were great.

Lovely quiet Victorian living and a very easy walk to get into town. The owners are delightful and really want you to have a great stay. Room was spacious and comfortable and making our own breakfast when and how we wanted it worked surprisingly well. We very much enjoyed our two nights here and the overall uniqueness of this historic home. Would definitely come back again.

Large bright room with nice view out front of boats in the bay. Clean and well equipped. Only stayed one night before the morning ferry but would stay here again if we were going to spend a few days in Picton.

Close to town area, train/bus/i site location with a 15 minute walk Clean room and nice cozy rooms.
