"I had booked a King room to accommodate myself, my husband, and our infant son, and I had confirmed this preference twice before arrival. However, at check‑in we were given a Queen room and told the only available King room had a faulty AC, which wasn’t suitable in the summer heat. "Let down by parking as you have to pay 12 dollars a day as nowhere else to park plus pain at night if you go out tlii late as barrier has a mind of its own. No supermarket below as shut down a while ago but petrol and hungry jacks across road and a couple of restaurants below apartments "
