"10/10 experience We had such a great time! The staff was so nice! The food was amazing 10/10! The activities were entertaining! Our room was so nice and big and clean! We definitely want to go back! The only thing I would safe is bring your own sunscreen because buying sunscreen on property was like $50 USD for 1 can."

"Clean hotel and amazing staff. We had an issue with room service and the customer service was amazing! It’s a beautiful hotel and definitely plan on coming back! I loved the access to breathless amenities."

"Property nice and clean, good food except culinary restaurant do not book or go there is awful food but overall was great for price 2 rooms 2 full baths but the master room had no LOCK!!!! So too much for privacy if you have young kids 😩 La propiedad está bonita y limpia, la comida buena también excepto el culinario restaurante no vayan a ese!!! "The staff are very familiar with us"

"Huge property with lots of amenities. Stand outs were the kids indoor clubhouse, waterpark, and the quality of the food was exceptional."

"We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the hotel, the beautiful property, and the incredible attention to detail throughout. The art, installations, architecture, and overall design made the entire experience feel unique and thoughtfully curated. Everything was beautifully maintained, and we especially appreciated the high quality of the food and drinks. We had a fantastic time and left with many wonderful memories. The only area for improvement would be the frequent sales...
