"The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation. "

"Great pool area with very comfortable loungers. Direct access to the beach and they give u towels. Room very nice and very comfortable bed and linen. Don’t like the soap / shampoo dispensers. They are fiddly! "
