"We tried to check in at 3pm like it says we can and the room was not ready. Front desk said 20 minutes , we came back at 5pm and the room was still not ready we got the room around 6:30pm. Elevator was not working. Staff was nice but it was annoying having to wait for the room to be ready when we were tired from driving."

"Staff was nice and the rooms were clean had a lot of security cameras . Parking lot had a room and lighting was excellent at night."

"The staff were polite and worked me and my needs from the moment I arrived till the last day! Great staff!"
