The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "The hotel was minutes on foot from Kintetsu Toba train station and from Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Aquarium. The lady owner was all smiles even though she spoke little English. Hot Japanese breakfast much appreciated in a cold morning. The only drawback was that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! "
