"The hotel was minutes on foot from Kintetsu Toba train station and from Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Aquarium. The lady owner was all smiles even though she spoke little English. Hot Japanese breakfast much appreciated in a cold morning. The only drawback was that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! "

The breakfast buffet had many delicious options and dinner at the Seahorse was exceptional.
