Romantic Hotels in Mie Prefecture from AED 261

This is a 10 out of 10. The location at the edge of the forest is spectacular. The service is impeccable. We are vegan and they accommodated us with absolutely delicious meals. It is located just on the outskirts of the Nara Deer Park where you are surrounded by a lovely forest ambience and yet you are just a short hike from the Park and its bustling surrounds. The trail just outside the Ryoken takes you up the mountain.It is simply an awesome place!

I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.

Quintessential Japan. The food, the staff, the hotel, the baths were all amazing.

Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!

The hotel features large updated rooms with windows on the bay so it is delightful watching the sun rise and moon from the comfort of your room. The hot baths are excellent. The dinners and breakfasts vary every day and are both outstanding. The price for all this is reasonable. And, let’s not forget the free shuttle to the train station. I felt that staff was over worked and I’m not sure if there were enough staff people.

From Shikanoyu, it's a 5 minute walk to the cable car (called a Ropeway in Japan) that goes to the top of Mt Gozaisho. It's close to the Suzuka race course, and the flower garden Nabana no Sato. It's also within driving distance of Ise Jingu (1 hr 20 minutes), Kyoto (1 hr 30 minutes) and Hikone Castle (1 hr 25 minutes) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is what you would expect from a good ryokan in Japan...exquisite. Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
