"Our room was huge; we didn’t have a window but that really didn’t matter."

"Everything was great"

"Everything was very run down or not working. Hallways smelled like smoke all the time. Staff was not helpful as far as room cleaning or bringing towels when asked."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was modern and very clean and stylish. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. My husband enjoyed the option of having a casino available also. I highly recommend."

"Always a great experience"

"Loved the location. Thought the outside fire could be lit longer than 10 pm."

"We were there for three nights, and they didn’t tell us at check-in that they made would not come unless requested. We ran out of coffee and towels, and when I went down to check, they told me they were still using Covid protocols. That would’ve been nice to know when we checked in. The elevators were amazing! The temperature in the room would not go below 70 which was disappointing because we were on an upper floor. The parking garage is really tight!"

"The staff was friendly, the place was clean, stayed for one night, was a good price as well"

"Our family had a great time exploring Duluth - hotel was fantastic to come back to each night. Kids loved the s’mores bar and pool! We loved the tasty drinks and sitting in the lounge area. Room was very clean! Top memories for us - exploring Congdon hiking trails before eating at Oasis Del Norte for yummy tacos!!"

Almost got placed in another room with a broken AC, but thankfully, maintenance caught it. Finally, on what should have been our...

"Stayed here for a short honeymoon and my favorite part was the lake view and hot tub! The fireplace was so cozy on a chilly rainy night. Also, the pool room was empty when we used it so that was awesome."

"Everything was good. I feel kids should be out of the hot tub area earlier than 9:30 so adults can enjoy it"

"Had a great full kitchen and everything was in great condition"

"The staff throughout was great. We loved the Hops bar, Great food and service."
