"Easy check in. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Spacious twin room, tea/coffee in the room with extras supplied when requested. Bath and shower in bathroom and a loo that did everything but cook the dinner! Good quality bed linen and great comfy pillows. Negative - flex not long enough for the hair dryer to see into a mirror. Needs addressing. Did not eat there but had a take away breakfast from the coffee shop. Presented in a box and was lovely. Near plenty of shops and restaurants. Walkable to key sights. Easy for guides to pick up from. "

Staff wasn't very personable but was still helpful.Even on the highest floor there were still sirens and honking - which is everywhere in Ulaanbaatar."
