It was such a surprise when I stayed here. The culture is really geared towards customer service. From the moment I checked in to when I was surprised with a goodie bag when I checked out, the experience was nothing short of perfect. The larger big boys could learn something.

Clean and comfortable room. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a great deal for the price. I also stayed at the Courtyard Marriott here before. It's nice as well, but for 1/2 the price, I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the train track so once and awhile you would hear the train passing.

Cant wait to stay again honestly, but definitely wish the lobby was at least finished somewhat. Also wish that the girl would've explained something about breakfast. It said in description that it was included but until I re read it after we left, there was no mention of it. I dont mind paying the price of the room, but would've been nice to have some type of "something" - even expressing from the staff that they apologize for basically no lobby to somehow make guests feel that they're being...

This is my favorite place in miles city, montana. I walked into the room and the smell was so fresh and amazing. Always clean and the staff are so friendly and eager to help. There are 2 good restaurants next door so easy dining. The shopping mall just down the street a bit. It was quiet and i feel safe to go outside with the dogs. The pool is an added bonus for me to get water therapy for my old joints and body. It is also clean and inviting. Thank you again Econolodge for your hospitality and...
