"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."

"​Posada del Tepozteco offers hands down the best cliffside views in Tepoztlán. The lush gardens, pool, and terrace dining make for an incredibly relaxing escape. The rooms have authentic boutique character, the staff is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is remarkably peaceful. Be prepared for some steep cobblestone steps, but the breathtaking mountain scenery is worth every bit of the climb. Highly recommend!"
