"Well situated, safe valet parking and clean rooms and facilities that have a luxurious feel. If I was to have one criticism it would be for the very limited fitness centre. Two cardio machines and no benches, two free weights of about 5lbs each. No issues at check in staff was very friendly."

"Excellent hospitality and excellent place to stay to get an authentic experience in Marrakech. Staff is extremely helpful with anything you need, be it to get transport, help you with your bags or make recommendations of where to eat or a good price of things. This Riad is located just minutes walk from Jemma El Fna Square and the souks of the Medina in the old city. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only thing I would change is the hour of breakfast which is 8-10am. This is later than the pick up times for most day tours and you can miss breakfast. They can pack one for you, but it doesn’t compare to what you get when you dine at the restaurant. Eggs should also be included in breakfast. "

"Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were incredible, they were attentive and generous but never overbearing. They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks and the pool is so welcome after a hot day exploring. The rooms are air conditioned and so comfortable and the food is absolutely incredible! "The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "
