Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. They apologized and agreed to complete Expedia’s refund request...
