"Une belle pièce à vivre avec une belle cuisine aménagée bien chauffée. Salles de bain satisfaisantes avec eau chaude. Menuiseries à changer. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et à rénover. De gros problèmes de chauffage dans ces chambres notamment dans la chambre donnant sur la rue dont le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Chambres froides voire très froides. Pb d’isolation thermique de manière générale dans ce logement."

"Het huisje was netjes en schoon en goed ingericht. 's Morgens verse broodjes aan de deur, inbegrepen bij de prijs, een voorraadje in de koelkast voor de eerste dag. Super. Wij waren met twee personen en hadden de ruimte. Voor 6 personen is het wat krap, zeker met minder goed weer."
