"Es war super! Super nettes Personal, super Sauber und tolles Frühstück!"

"The hotel made an excellent first impression. The ground-floor areas were attractive, modern and welcoming, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. The upstairs areas felt tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. In my opinion, they were more reminiscent of a budget hotel than the standard suggested by the hotel's marketing and pricing. On arrival, I also found the attitude of the two receptionists...

"Wir würden es für den Preis, nicht nochmal buchen. Außen HUI innen leider…. Unser Fenster zur Straße hin war undicht und es war extrem laut und nass auf der Fensterbank. Badezimmer und Service waren top. Der Zustand des Hotels aber leider eher nicht."

"Personeel zeer behulpzaam"

"We had two rooms, in one of them the air conditioning controller was stuck at maximum 22 C , so it was pretty cold in the room, in the other room the window had a problem at closing and kept a gap of about half a centimeter on the left side , therefore during the night it was both cold and noisy as the room faced the motorway. The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice but the hotel definitely needs renovation."

"كانت جميلة ولكن السرير لم يكن مريحا بشكل جيد"

"Love the socilla hin has the feel of a hostel / college common room with lots of facilities, Cafe, Fusball, pool table etc. Fantastically comfortable & quirky Rooms, wonderfully comfortable big bed. Great shower. Kettle & coffee bags. 200 metres from train station. I have previously stayed at the one in Groningen & loves both - a wonderful chain now my go to where possible in the Netherlands."

"We had the quad room because we had our grandkids not was huge by European standards and well-appointed. It has a beautiful view with twinkly lights that the kids loved. And it is a few feet away from a Starbucks. It was perfect."

"Great hotel, very close to Den Haag Central/ Train Station and many shops, restaurants and parks are close by. I love their funky atmosphere and cool modern design. The bed was comfortable, I just wish they leave 2 more pillows (softer ones). Would love to come back if I’m in the Netherlands in the future. "
