"We were returning after staying here in 2023. However, in the 3 nights we did stay our room wasn’t cleaned once. We had noticed the cleaners in the morning of our final day at the room beside us. When we returned at 4pm before heading out for the evening our room would have been done! However, this was not the case, happened to spot a cleaner and was able to get fresh towels. I thought this really let the hotel down. However staff at reception were nice, good location to the train."

"لا يصلح للسكن مهما كان السعر مغري الغرف صغيره جدا جدا جدا التكييف عطلان وعند فتح النوافذ تدخل الحسرات ويفل التكييف اليا مع انه اصلا لا يبرد يوجد خيارات افضل بسعر اعلى قليلا للعوائل غير صالح حتى للنوم للعزاب ايضا يمكن السكن في مكان افضل "

"We were very happy with our stay in Anouk's charming houseboat. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the nearby train stop to get to Amsterdam. The train to Central Station is only 15 minutes. It was great to avoid the traffic and commotion of the big city, but to be able to get there quickly to see the sites.The houseboat was very clean and spacious.
