"The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the old citadel. I especially appreciated the spa area, which includes a sauna and steam room—both complimentary with your stay. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. My only minor complaint would be the TV channel selection; it would be nice to have Digi channels available for watching the games. "We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "
