"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in. That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. We came back to him and he said that the hostel was full and that he couldn't do anything (??). We insisted already that this problem would...

"Very convenient location right opposite the station. A little old-fashioned, could do with some modernisation and improvements, but certainly not a terrible place to stay. Friendly staff."

We called the number and left a message, left with no option but to wait outside in a cold January day with a child. The owner called us back only 1.15h later!!! All this time we were supposed to wait outside on a cold winter afternoon. Likely for us a lady (I assume from the family) was passing by the entrance and opened the door letting us in. "Ich bin nachts gegen zwei Uhr angekommen und musste um sieben Uhr wieder weiter. Das Personal hat alles auf angenehmste Weise vorbereitet und mir ein leckeres Frühstück im Zimmer bereit gestellt. Am Abend als ich zurück kam, wurde ich herzlichst bedient und habe den Abend bei einem leckerem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse am Pool ausklingen lassen. Wunderschön! Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war hervorragend und die Abrechnung war gut vorbereitet. Es war schade, dass ich schon weiter musste!"
