"Cute hotel, staff friendly, breakfast was tasty, in a good area short drives to restaurants and other beaches."

"Wonderful stay"

"I like the location"

"I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience."

"Excellent location, clean and comfortable room but the best part is the staff, polite, helpful and friendly"

"Great stay overall. Complementary breakfast buffet was amazing."

"The Pool was great and the location so close to the beach amazing"

"The property was gorgeous! We felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest. Loved watching the monkeys in the trees right outside our bungalow! We were glad we got the air conditioned room! Everyone was nice and accommodating! I would recommend staying here’"

"Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly, took the time to walk us around the grounds pointing out where to find all the resident animals. Peaceful, beautiful grounds full of wildlife. Great location to the beach and town"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was kind and very helpful to a clueless American. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants, and activities."

"Very nice room comfortable, spacious, beautiful property!! The owners are awesome very helpful and friendly!! The breakfast is really good especially the omelet!! Would definitely stay there again!!"

"Fantastic Host and staff. I was able to stay in two different locations here. The beach access was awesome if you’re looking for something away from the public beaches. Those can be crowded on the weekends. Across the street are an Italian and Argentinian restaurant, both very good. You can rent a bike or motorcycle as well at a shop about a 100m down the road. For me it was the perfect location that wasn’t in the crowded towns but not too remote."

"Great stay with great service especially at the hotel restaurant! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful property, great food, coffee pour over was a highlight. The staff was wonderful."

"Once again villa de caribe was fantastic"

"Had a wonderful and clean stay :) wish we could’ve stayed longer!"

"Very nice place, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the sleep was deep because of the surrounding nature. Thank you!"

"One of the best places I’ve stayed during my travels through Costa Rica and Panama. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The pool and swim-up bar create a fantastic, relaxing vibe, making it a great place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"We loved the quirkiness of this location, as well as the proximity to the beach. Andrea was so so lovely and helpful and made some excellent recommendations for how to spend our time, as well as putting us in touch with an excellent guide for a day out. We loved the personal touches and that everything was local and/or homemade"
