"Honestly, everything was great no complaints. There were a few little things like certain conditions of the buildings and room but it's literally right by the ocean. Things are going to have a little rust or erode. I saw a few times they had people cleaning up the stairs rails which was cool. The employees seems hard working and sort of understaffed which is unfortunate. Shout out to the bar tenders at the pizza area (I'm terrible with names) they were always nice. Their night is cool but sucks...

"En general la calidad del hotel es buena considerando calidad-precio. Solo recomendaría que la atención del personal fuera mejor, ya que nos negaron el servicio de alimentos(mesera y cheff)en al área de alberca del Family -selection a las 5:20 pm, siendo que el servicio termina a las 6:00 de la tarde, hasta que el mesero Carlos escucho el tema y el muy amablemente nos atendió y nos llevó de comer . De verdad creo que son detalles que arruinan el trabajo de todos los demás, si no fuera por el...
