"I can't say enough positive about the staff at Seda. I'm sorry there are only five stars. The staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help with transportation. They were always so friendly. THANK YOU. I HOPE MANAGEMENT RECOGNIZES YOU!!"

"Thanks"

"This was a first time at Citadines. Very clean and luxurious. The apartment-style suite was very nice and quiet too. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bacolod."

"Fun place for the money! Accommodations were a little rough, no hot water, mold on the walls, and water leaking In under walls when it was raining"

"Tough review. This is a five star location as far as I am concerned.. Little to complain about. Responsive staff.. I could live here easily and be quite comfortable. The food was all at least... a 4 out of 5 which is really good for the philippines in general. The villas are top notch. We really enjoyed our two nights.. but. 1. "The outside looks pretty bad but the inside is good"

"Really friendly staff extremely helpful. The restaurant was excellent food priced reasonable. I would recommend this resort to all my friends."

"Its a simple room. It was good for an overnight stay. However, it is pricey compare to what the hotel can offer and looks like. Wifi isnt that strong. Love the smart tv, not all hotels have that."

"Robinson mall is undergoing renovations. It's located next to the hotel. Not much to offer in the mall. No designated smoking area except the open main street. No cover no shade just open sun or rain"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with our needs. The service was great, and the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again. 😊"

"Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies"
