From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. Great clean rooms, always hot water, amazing staff, great hot breakfast, strong AC! Couldn't have asked for a better option! Note: Power is out for several hours in the afternoon, so fridge is not really functional. Wifi continues to work all day!

My time at Waterfront Resort was an incredible experience, largely thanks to Yousef. During an unprecedented emergency, he went above and beyond. Hotel Encounter is across the road from the busy Thamel area. It is centrally located and very easy to find. The atmosphere is tranquil and peaceful. The staff go above and beyond to help the guests. I will be back next week!

I was at breakfast almost to late but they helped me and made sure I was served. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful even with us arriving after midnight.

We loved our stay at the Royal Empire Boutique Hotel! The staff was hospitable and the restaurant food was great. The room we stayed in was huge and spacious! They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you!
