"I had an excellent stay at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa and would gladly return. The property has a beautiful Southwestern character that feels appropriate for Santa Fe rather than like a generic hotel. The common areas are warm and inviting, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was one of the biggest highlights. Being so close to the Santa Fe Plaza made it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and many of the places I wanted to visit without...

"Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. There were noticeable yellow stains on the bedsheets, which made them look like they had not been properly cleaned. I also found black hairs on the bed and bedding. The curtains had visible stains as well, and there was an empty alcohol bottle left in the bathroom from a previous guest. The sofa also had dirty marks on it, and there was even a piece of chewing gum stuck on the floor that had not been removed. On top of that,...

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

"Our room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I will be staying here again."

"The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great"

"Ask for first floor. Parking is tough. Pizza ok. Shower is old. Good location."

"Clean room and facility. Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Motel on corner and made it easy in and out of location. Enjoyed our stay and if visit Santa Fe again will definitely stay at Coyote South!!"

"Really liked the location, quiet with a great view from the hotel. The pool was wonderful and still open in late September. The rooms were a bit dark, but nice, good beds and clean, wish we’d had a small refrigerator though since we were there for a few days. Didn’t care for the lounge much, went on a Friday evening, no table service so had to order ourselves from the bar. We had four well drinks and paid 58.00 for them, a bit pricey for what everything was. I prefer a warm welcome and to be...

"Friendly staff"

"Nice staff great location"

"I loved our stay. One of the beds sagged on the side."

"The hotel is in a great location The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There was an amazing breakfast buffet as well as another at dinner time which we did not attend but that was a first for me! Both buffets were included with your stay. What more could you ask for!"

"Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out."
