"The resort is fine, crowded and a bit overpriced for what it is but overall okay. My complaint is about hotel management and security not following up with an attempted assault that happened on property. They downplayed and did not take this seriously. I filed a report and was never given any follow up."

"The hotel is fine. Good location in Paradise Island at a walking distance to Cabbage Island and Atlantis. There is entertainment (dance classes, karaoke, song title guess, live bands) and games (checkers, chess, pool, ping pong and others). The swimming pool is not to big but is it ok. The hotel is by a small lagoon and the ocean. Food was good at the buffet and a la carte restaurant. Good experience overall. My first in an all inclusive hotel."

"Atlantis is the Disney World of waterparks. Super attractive and pretty fun. But insanely overcrowded and ridiculously pricey. The food here is not worth it, AT ALL!!! Room was nice. Staff was nice. Tried to use the gym. They have one gym for 4 hotels. It was so crowded that it should have been over the occupancy limit. Had a hard time getting to the few dumbbells that remained because people were on yoga mats in the floor blocking the walkway. Got irritated and left. Have never...

"All beach chairs were broken. Everytime we went for beach towels they didn’t have any. Including first thing in the morning. The staff could care less and sent us to the next hotel to retrieve some towels. Property not cleaned up. Left over cups and towels left in ground day after day. The one and only lunch place at the reef ran out of food our first day and the second day ran out of salads. Only breakfast option was Starbucks."
