"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"This is such a wonderful spot!! It was very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space to hang clothes or put your suitcase out of the way. I interacted with Aisha (sorry if that is not the spelling of your name) who was so lovely and friendly. I would recommend this lovely spot to any solo travelers."

"clean, great customer service."

"Bedding was never changed from when we checked in. The bathroom sink had pink film around the rim of the drain (in tailing it had not been cleaned in a long time) the restroom smelt like a parks restroom. And housekeeping will only come in and replace sample size bottle shampoo and make the bed IF there’s nothing on the bed."

"Great stay."

"What can I say... My stay was great... Just a good hotel to be in for a vacation"

"Shared bathroom facilities, never said that. Los banos compartidos"

"I miss a flight because the plane needed to fix a broken part. My flight was delayed three times. I was supposed to get to New York at 10 AM for the Caribbean Day parade and I called to cancel since I was going to arrive at 3:30 and the event was gonna end at 5:30. They refuse to give me a refund so they took $150 from when it was not my fault."

"Don't let the pictures fool you. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town. The hotel room needs MAJOR updates. The floor was concrete and the bed was hard as a rock."
