"Arrived at the location and the door was locked. A maintenance person informed me that the place has not been open in months. Thankfully, Expedia was very helpful and they fully refunded my payment."

"This hotel could easily be missed from the front, but behind the gates is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful building and gardens and a decent pool. The area around the hotel is not beautiful, but felt safe, and has plenty of eating and drinking options. I would stay here again."

"Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the pool did not look clean. Saw the staff removing the fallen leafs, but wasn' enough.
The cabañas looked a bit worn out now, compared to two years ago. Beds were not too comfortable.
The staff's attention was very good.
Very good breakfast."
