"We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The service from start to finish was amazing. The only issue was that our fridge wasn’t keeping things cold. (We didn’t tell the front desk until we were leaving). The staff was very apologetic. The location was convenient for the theater, Times Square as well as the subway! "

"Front desk staff was wonderful! They we so friendly and kind. Helped us navigate subway and travel. There’s a subway entrance just outside the hotel. Easy to get to anywhere in the city from here. Room was clean. We had a view of the Empire State Building and the street wasnt loud being at a lower door. Highly recommend this hotel. I will book here next time in the city. I’ve stayed at a few places and this is by far the best. "
