It was a semi-legal floating bar about 1 km off the coast of Mathiveri Island in the Maldives. Then one day it sank while the owner was on the island. Now it's a snorkel site, and an impressive one. Free dive about 7 meters down and you can swim around and through the vessel, coming across plenty of colorful marine life and bar supplies left just the way they were! It's an easy boat ride (10 minutes) from the pier on Mathiveri Island. #underwater #shipwreck

"The resort is excellent for snorkelling. A short swim through the shallow sandy water to a rich variety of coral and fish. It’s like being in an aquarium. We were able to snorkel around the entire island over our stay. The resort itself was good value for the cost. Not super fancy nor do you get the personal touch like you get at other resorts in the Maldives but still good overall. The room was modern and always clean. Overall, a good resort to stay at and I would go back."

"I booked Holiday Gardens after looking at other reviews. Since it had excellent reviews I had high expectations. I was not disappointed with the place, the management or the service. "Stället fanns inte mer, men enligt er var vi välkomna dit. Ingen tog emot , vi fick själva ordna allt. Placerades på ett hemskt ställe. Stod bara ut en natt, för detta fick vi betala fantasisumman 95 dollar. Flyttade till Ari villa. Helt fantastiskt!!!"
