"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and had no other complaints, but two improvements would make this hotel truly excellent: 1. Vegetarian/vegan breakfast options. Breakfast consisted mainly of bread. I understand bread is a staple in the Netherlands, but I mentioned at the time of booking that we are vegetarian, and no special arrangements were made. "Personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Kamer is schoon en prima. Ontbijt uitstekend. Zwembad goed, sauna niet perfect. Komt ws doordat deur vaak open gaat"

"Hotel is very nice and the staff very helpful , also how close to Efteling makes is very good for visiting the park without the need for taxis"

"very nice hotel in the center, friendly staff and great breakfast"

"We stayed in a suite, and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect to see the great sights in the city. If staying on a Saturday you can enjoy the Saturday market in front of the hotel! The hotel is in the middle of restaurants and retail shops. A grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the fridge in the hotel room. It is an easy walk to/from the train station ( even with luggage). The staff were so helpful! Yes, the hotel rooms have air conditioning that works great."

"Seemless check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and value for money"
