"Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals."

"Well it was a great stay the room was clean but the carpet in hall could use attention but it was ok. I would highly suggest they get better wifi service because it sucked couldn't log on and it kept buffering and kicking me off. All that aside i have stayed this hotel everytime i come to Charlotte so these minor hiccups won't stop me from staying again. We had a wonderful family weekend trip"
