"Got checked in and went to the room first issue bathroom light was burnt out, so I talked to housekeeping and a manager sent a repair man. Fixed within 10 minutes after check-in. Second issue clock radio wouldn't let me set the time after I moved it from the one side of the bed to the other. (I don't need the clock so I reminded them when I left at my end of the stay.)"

"Kara was amazing. Big smile was willing to help and it made us feel. We were excited when the building did not come down during a tornado. Room was clean. Window dressing could use blackout blinds."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful even when they were short-staffed. They had just put fresh tar in parking lot to repair cracks, so did not like that on my tires and shoes."
