"This hotel and our room was extremely outdated and crusty… it felt very dirty and was extremely outdated. I unfortunately won’t stay here again. Front desk staff was so nice! "

"A drawer would not stay closed. It was in area you walked through and could have bumped in the night. The toilet seat was loose and unsafe. The hot tub was closed, but pool very nice and warm. Staff was nice. Difficult to find any at front desk. Breakfast was good."

"Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. Check-in took at least 20 mins, per person in line, and there were many. The man at the desk was unhelpful and uncommunicative. No elevator, confusing signage, and everything dated and dingy. People in front of us asked for an accessible room and were given 2nd floor room with no elevator to get to it. The room was at the end of the hallway and ridiculously small. Bed, pillows and bathroom okay. Didn’t stay for free breakfast because frankly didn’t trust it. "
