"Nice, spacious room. Strong and very unpleasant chemical air freshener smell in the room. Other family members staying there did not have same experience. Had to launder everything and air out luggage to remove the smell. Chlorine smell in the pool area was so strong it made our eyes burn even though we were not in the pool. Caused the children playing in the pool to cough, we cut our pool time short due to excessive chlorine. "

"The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. There was an incident with police being present and the staff made us feel safe and cared for. The pool area was very family friendly and the hot tub was very big. Overall a good experience for us!"
