"As usual, this hotel did not disappoint. The staff is nice and welcoming, check in and out is fast and easy and the breakfast is always delicious. Love the area, our favourite in Düsseldorf with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. Close to everything and main transport."

"We had one night stay and are satisfied with the overal experience. Excellent check in and out service provided, so is the evening restaurant staff. Food is fine and so is the breakfast buffet. We had a room upgrade and that was nice. On the downside the pool area which wasn't well maintained and dirty. Needs a deep clean for sure. The whole area smells old."
