"The room was emaculate, well lit, and the fan plus mini split kept the room comfortable. That i could control both the fan AND the mini split was fantastic. Every employee i ran into was friendly and engaging. Had a castle Colada that was smoother beyond any one I've had anywhere in the past. HOWEVER, the breakfast left much to be desired. The pastries offered were not even room temperature, the boiled egg was cold, and the options were few. Perhaps it is better to NOT offer breakfast at all...

"The room & location was absolutely beautiful… however we notice baby roaches on our second day. The sunset dive bar was never open to get your complementary drink. The location is a a bit far from main attractions. If you walk down the rode there are multiple bars and food 10/10. The food onsite was great too but options are limited. One thing we didn’t understand .. we asked for late check out and was denied stating that they are fully booked but online showed vacancies for the same day . It...

"The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs, whether it was dealing with a WiFi connection issue or helping with using the washer and dryer. Having Estherlyn's right downstairs made it easy to have a quick and delicious breakfast. Definitely looking forward to staying there again."

"Our shower did not work properly, tv never worked, for us old folks music too loud, Brian was great tried hard to correct issues. Liked the location on the Stand. Loved the patio on the second floor with comfy couches. The Restaurant at the hotel was awesome, we ate there twice. The best steak I’ve had in years."

"Arrival and departure was simple and very much appreciated. The Treehouse was clean and perfect for easy beach access and great food at the Landing. We loved our stay and Win was so quick and accommodating with our needs. This is not a 5 star hotel where all the dishes match so if you need that, there are many other guests waiting in line ... but we loved it and will definitely be back. Our stay exceeded above and beyond."
