"The hotel was good, our apartment was new and very well kept. The only observation I would make is regarding the AC. There was an AC unit in the bedroom and it had a wide hose to the window. That in turn made it impossible to fully close the blinds for the night and it became dark very late and light very early. There were additional wall vents that also provided AC and in our case they made the room AC unit to start and stop at random times. Other than that all was ok."

"We had a room on the 8th floor with a great view, however the air conditioner in our room started making really loud noises and sounded like it was going to fall through the ceiling. We had maintenance come a try to fix it- it got better but then on our 2nd night it woke us up in the middle of the night and terrified us. When we spoke to the front desk about it, they didn’t really seem to care or take note of the issue for future travellers. We would not stay here again. The restaurant / bar...

"The cleaning staff are not good."

"Curtains hanging off the windows, carpet fraying and not laid tight to the walls, not the cleanest bathroom, but manageable. We had to hook up a portable AC unit ourselves. Parking is terrible, but we ended up getting a visitors parking pass for metered stalls. The grounds are in terrible shape, full of weeds and garbage. Seems to be short of staff in all areas."

"The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. The TV was big and new with an apple tv and nice speakers attached big full dramatic...

"This is an excellent accommodation in the perfect location for access to the lakes and Aurora locations. The host has thought of everything. All the little extras you need it’s there for you! I would definitely recommend staying here and will return. Thanks for a great stay. "
