"I was very disappointed with the poor house keeping standards for this hotel. Rooms are left dirty for hours and they rush through last minute not cleaning obvious areas that need touch up, not vacuuming and not replenishing needed items. House keeping department here needs serious review to offer customers the experience they deserve."

"You really do get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable, pillows were comfy. We didn't appreciate the host using speaker phone to use her cell phone early in the morning. There was also slamming of doors by another guest. The host indicated he drinks and stay there often. Both nights the host knocked on the door indicating that the fan was making a vibrating noise on the floor that she could hear in the basement. The 2nd night the towel that she gave us to place under the fan was already...

"Electricity shortage, breaker was fixed quickly after it was reported. On two nights loud arguments on the floor we were on between patrons that was very seious. This disturbed the hours of sleep as it happenned at 4:00 am, 5:30am and 6:00am and continuer outside"

"The host was kind, accommodating, and responsive! The space was very clean, had great amenities, and was cozy and comfortable! I would definitely stay again! "

"We got the whole place to ourselves for 4 of us which was great. And had the kitchen and barbecue to cook for our stay. We were there during a 30C heat wave for the week, which I imagine is rare for Yellowknife so it was pretty hot even at night since there was no AC. That was probably the biggest downside of our stay there."

"The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. The TV was big and new with an apple tv and nice speakers attached big full dramatic...

"The owner was extremely helpful when we needed help and made changes to a service to accommodate our request. Exceptional service. This location is close to both Downtown and Oldtown, making it walking distance from so many sites and restaurants. The fully equipped apartment was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay."

"It says this is a verbal but you don't get your own space. It's a hostile with no locks on the doorsand you end up sharing with different strangers every night"
