"It is now clearly getting old. Maintenance is needed. Staff absolutely unhelpful until asked. No info on room was given upon check in. No time for checkout or info on amenities or even wifi password. Had to go back each time to front desk to ask. Wifi only worked when outside in the open. Couldn’t use in room. Hot water was the worse. Hot shower available only if shower was 1 min long. Regardless of time of day, hot water ran out after 1 mins of shower. 3 girls in room who could not wash hair...

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool.
