One example--while giving us walking directions to the laundry/dry cleaners five minutes away, the desk manager said "never mind, I'll go there for you". I don't know what to praise first ... the staff or the hotel itself. The staff, and particularly the owners, are incredible. They made me feel welcome from the first minute I arrived, making sure that my stay was a no stress, pure pleasure three days. My room was clean, quiet and exactly what anyone who travels a lot wants in a room. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. A comfortable mattress. A spotless bathroom. La propreté est irréprochable, et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, notamment la salle de sport, très bien aménagée.
