"Loved this hotel, the decor was amazing, the room was amazing, comfortable, shower didn’t work but that didn’t matter as was only there one night would stay again"

"The rooms were ok, the bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom wasn't clean properly, and if you go to the restaurant they don't let you in with your purse or your backpack, my husband had to wait for me outside the breakfast buffet, be i had to give breakfast to my daughter, and the lady and the entrance couldn't be nice seen the situation."

"When we arrived, the apartment was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a jacuzzi! We were so pleased. Then we had a shower of rain, which caused the fuse box to keep tripping out. We called maintenance - the man came; he was very nice but informed us that he would not be able to fix the problem, as the rain was coming into the toilet through the light. He suggested not turning the toilet light on. So we didn't. But we had no kettle no toaster no hob and we couldn't use the toilet light....

"I think the play park should have remained open. The bar could offer more hot food rather than just pizza."
