"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "It was great being within the old town area, and the location very near the free bus to the castles was a real plus. The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight."
