"From our balcony (Room 22 on third floor) we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Vecht. A spacious room although there are some features that could do with maintenance (eg timber floor on balcony) and provision of more shelving."

"As I walked though the front door, there was an instant like. The place was warm, cozy and inviting. The staff were, without fail, delightful, smiling and eager to help. The Breakfast room is a haven of peace, filled with plants and huge windows. Breakfast is OK. The restaurant is in a league of it's own with huge paintings, a fireplace, excellent food and great service. "What a great hotel. Large car park. Lovelly staff. The room was very big the bathroom excellent with bath and shower. The bed was brilliant as were the pillows. Wi Fi was great. The lift was very useful."

"Big and comfortable double bef. There is no kettle, cups, or coffer/tea bags provided in room. I managed to get a kettle when requesting it at reception though. Wifi signal not strong. Not much English info can get from hotel."

"When I tried to enter the building it was locked at 16.00, their is no intercom or bell to get a member of staffs attention so I needed to leave my suitcases unattended at the front as I walked round the premises trying to find a way in. On check in once in the building their are no lifts which is fine, but the staff on the desk begrudgingly asked if I'd like a hand with my luggage, when I said yes they left my case at the bottom of the staircase and I took both myself.
