A very clean and strategically located hotel in Jakarta. Very close to all the big malls, shopping and airport. It's attached to Mangga Dua Square which is home to Carrefour and many dining options. Carrefour is your one stop shop for groceries and other miscellaneous homeware. In MD Square, you can purchase shuttle tickets to airports and other cities in Indonesia for under $15USD. The buffet and pool is of 5 star quality.

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2019, and repeat visits obviously indicate that I am fully satisfied with my stay, every time I visit. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, service levels of the staff are impeccable, and the value for money for the room rate is excellent. If there ia onw downside that I would complain about, it is the location, because the neighbourhood is not walking friendly and their are no choice of restaurants nearby thar one can reach by walking....
