It's about 5-10 minutes outside of "downtown" Asuncion, but as you'll find, there really isn't much in "downtown" Asuncion. Instead the area around Arthaus is a more upscale area with private homes, and walking distance to two major shopping areas, restaurants, and higher end spots. "I communicated my arrival time on the Hotel web messaging service after the hotel wrote to me on it. When I arrived, the hotel was locked up solid, no light, no one answering door or phone. My cab driver took me to a different hotel. If Beulah Hotel charged my credit card, I will dispute it."
