"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake.
However, there are several important areas requiring improvement:
- Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should...

"No hotel staff was around upon arrival. The Golf pro was the person that helped finding out which room I was staying. The room was cold, no shampoo and no housekeeping. The bed was never made!"
