O único ponto positivo do Apart Hotel Marinas de Tamandaré refere-se a sua localização, o restante deixa a desejar muito. O local como um todo tem aspecto sujo. Área da piscina suja, bem como a piscina como um todo. Limpeza dos quartos péssima, toalhas amareladas (no primeiro quarto que ficamos, pois tivemos que trocar de quarto).
