So special, so elegant, and everyone was so nice.

Everyone was super nice, professional and helpful. Twice daily housekeeping. Gorgeous ocean view. The morning buffet was delicious, beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold items. Eggs cooked to order. Friendly service all overlooking the water. Bar was wonderful. Quick upscale service. Snacks and drinks and even high tea. Great location. Walk to big outdoor mall through a park/boardwalk of sorts. Beautiful views of the sea. We all felt safe and slept great! Highly recommend

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

Gypsi, the head of guest services, is the reason our stay was exceptional! The thoughtfulness and attention to details are second to none. We were treated wonderfully from the moment we stepped through the door, with a glass of champagne on arrival and a beautiful red rose, my favourite flower, when we left. They are silently attentive. We had a fantastic and memorable experience at the Belmond Monasterio. From the moment we arrived to beyond when we had departed, the Monasterio provided us with the best possible service and left us wishing we had spent more time there. Such a nice oasis in the Sacred Valley! The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful (especially Victor at the front desk). They arranged taxi rides for us to the train station for our adventure to Machu Picchu and to Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, the menu of food is absolutely delicious and the grounds are gorgeous!

Wonderful experience! This hotel is set among the Andes, close to the Sacred Valley, with spectacular grounds that are very well manicured. The hotel lobby has a large, open look, with a fire place in the center, and a hidden bar downstairs with a nice little nook to relax in. Great and relaxed beach hotel

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel is literally steps away from the entrance of Machu Picchu, which means you can easily catch both sunrise and sunset at the site, as well as leave and re-enter. This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service. General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. This hotel was absolutely amazing. We walked in dirty and dusty from 4 days on the Inka trail and they immediately warmly welcomed us with refreshments and comfortable seating as they checked us in from their lobby couches instead of standing at the counter!
