"Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. Summary Worst property I have ever stayed in "

"Up in the mountains, very quiet. Nice gardens, Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, coffee not so good. Good views even there was a little smoke hazz. "

"The address is wrong so you cannot use Google maps to ping the actual hotel. Google sent us to The Tamarind Shop in downtown about two miles from the actual hotel. The staff did not speak English so it was very frustrating navigating the very busy city center. To get to the hotel you have to enter the Big C parking lot off of 21 south, turn out of the parking lot by the 7/11 and turn right down the road, go 100 yards to find the hotel. "This hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road. Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me. It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!"

"When we arrived at our cabin we had to call to have the ants and water cleaned up. Also found that the fridge was not on a separate power supply so if you left for the day your drinks would be warm and ice Melted. However reception did give us a second card to leave the power on."
